Digital Delivery & Handover Policy

PLANEX provides bespoke custom software engineering, cloud infrastructure architecture, and digital product design services.

We do not ship physical parcels, freight, or tangible hardware goods. All deliverables produced by PLANEX are delivered electronically via secure digital channels, cloud repositories, and encrypted infrastructure handovers. Consequently, there are zero physical shipping fees or customs duties associated with our services.

Depending on your project milestone and contract scope, deliverables are transmitted via:

• GitHub / GitLab Organization Transfer: Complete version-controlled source code repositories, CI/CD pipeline definitions, commit history, and comprehensive README documentation.
• Cloud Production Deployment & DNS Cutover: Live production software deployed to your designated AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, or Dockerized server infrastructure with active SSL/TLS certificates.
• Design & Prototyping Assets: Vector Figma workspace files, interactive component design tokens, exportable SVG assets, and design system documentation.
• Technical Specifications & PRDs: Comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), database Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), API contract specs, and administrator guides in PDF/Markdown format.

Delivery timelines are established during Phase 01 Discovery and locked in your Statement of Work (SOW):

• Standard Full-Stack Web App / MVP: Delivered within 4 to 6 weeks across 3 scheduled milestones.
• Complex SaaS & Multi-Tenant Platforms: Delivered within 8 to 12 weeks across 4 to 6 bi-weekly sprint releases.
• Enterprise ERP / Custom POS Systems: Custom milestone calendar agreed upon prior to kickoff.

Clients receive real-time visibility into delivery progress through private staging URLs updated continuously throughout each sprint.

Upon final deployment, PLANEX issues a formal Digital Delivery & Handover Confirmation. Delivery is deemed complete when:

• The production application is live and accessible via your primary custom domain.
• Root administrative ownership of the GitHub repository and cloud hosting accounts has been transferred to your designated technical officer.
• A 60-minute technical walkthrough & administrator handover session has been conducted.
